I am happy to introduce you to the Yoga alliance verified 200h Yoga Teacher Training of Spanda Institute. The program that has also started my journey as a teacher.

This wholesome training is composed of an online pre-training, to get you all prepared and give you a little bit more rest during an intense course, and a three week long in-person training. Taking place in Portugal’s charming fishermen village and surf hotspot Ericeira. Spanda has grounded its training in tradition as well as in science, with a great focus on Ayurvedic principles and modern approaches to an ancient practice.
