Let’s start the day right - energized and relaxed -with the sound of the waves in the background and sand underneath your feet.
We meet every Friday morning at 8 am for a revitalizing morning practice at the beach of São Lourenço.
This class is composed of a grounding meditation, small breathing exercises, a movement practice, and finishes with a final relaxation, often accompanied by some sound elements. From beginners to more advanced Yogis, every level is welcome to join. I will guide you through a dynamic, modern Vinyasa flow, that is meant to raise your energy level and get you started for the day. In my flows, you will find traditional Yoga poses as well as preventive physical exercises that I like to incorporate from my background in Physiotherapy.
If your fear of not being flexible enough for Yoga is holding you back, I would be happy to prove to you that there are fun and accessible variations for everyone.
All you need to bring is a mat or a large beach towel, water, and something warm and cosy to cover yourself with, like your favourite jumper or a small blanket.
